AVIC TOWN is located in Somangira Kigamboni Dar es Salaam. AVIC TOWN is 2kms from Amani Beach and 1km from Protea Hotel, also 25kms from the ferry and 28kms from the Central Business District of Dar es Salaam. Unit type and delivery standards:
The first phase of the start-up area comprises of a total of 130 residential units, divided into flat-level villas and storey villas. The flat-level villa has four types of B/C/D, B-type 131 square meters, three bedrooms, the courtyard area is about 400-700 square meters; C-type 168 square meters, there are three bedrooms, the courtyard area is about 400-900 square meters; Type D 199 square meters, with four bedrooms, the courtyard area is about 700-800 square meters. The two-story villa is divided into E/F/G type, of which E is 239 square meters, with three bedrooms, one cleaner’s(maids) room, and the courtyard area is about 700-1000 square meters. The F type is 303 square meters, with four bedrooms and one cleaner’s room, the courtyard area is about 900-1100 square meters; the G type is 365 square meters, there are five bedrooms and one cleaner’s room, and the courtyard area is more than 1100-1600 square meters.

D-type
All houses have separate courtyards. The courtyards are closed by fences and gates covered with bougainvillea. There are parking spaces in the yards respectively.
